How does it work?

You first direct customers to join your waitlist (or add them yourself). Then when you receive a cancellation, add it on the Opendibs app in a few seconds and we will notify your customers by email and/or SMS that an appointment has become available. Your customers can then instantly claim that appointment and you are notified.

How do you notify my customers of cancellations?

We can send them emails and SMS notifications to let them know about an available appointment.

How do I add a new cancellation?

You can add it in a few clicks using your computer or phone.

What happens when someone claims an appointment?

We will send you all the details immediately by email, and that cancellation will no longer be available to other customers

How do customers join my waitlist?

When you sign up you will get a unique link that you can provide to customers, or link to from your website or social profiles.

How do customers get removed from my waitlist?

When the customer joins, they can choose how long to remain on the list, or they can update their preferences by visiting your waitlist signup page again, or clicking the link in a notification sent from Opendibs

Do you offer a free trial?

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription any time - log in, click "Billing" and you will find an option to cancel. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.

Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds. However you can cancel at any time, so you are not locked in to any long-term subscription.
